Snowrunner Nayat Fur is a great material for tying really big flies, Pike flies in particular are awesome with Nayat.. It does not mat or tangle like some synthetics.

Snowrunner or Nayat is perfect for big steelhead flies, big salmon patterns and baitfish flies as large as 10 inches. Snowrunner has a natural translucent look and a slight crinkle the texture is between Polar bear and fox fur. Classic hair wing atlantic salmon patterns on tubes are perfect patterns for Snowrunner. The length of the furn varies from 3-10" we have tried to select the longer fibers in our offering.
