Simms Flyweight Boot is a capable, comfortable and versatile wading boot. It blends lightweight performance and comfort with excellent traction and durability. The boot is perfect as a summer wading boot, for long hikes and situations where lightweight comfort is prioritized. It is durable and stable on the river, but sacrifices some protection to remain lightweight compared to others Simms models. We also love it as a boat wading boot. The durable and lightweight upper is a TPU-based woven synthetic. It features abrasion panels alongside a molded rubber toe wrap for protection against wear and tear. The high cushion dual-density EVA midsole creates excellent comfort and stability. Drain holes help eliminate water pooling in the boot.
The Simms Flyweight Boots is available in Felt (10mm) or Vibram Idrogrip with Traction Lugs from the Caddis Fly Shop. It is offered in a "Steel Grey" colorway. A multilayered gray with Simms' classic rusty orange accents.
