The new Hardy 1912 Perfect Fly Reel is manufactured in Alnwick, England from master craftsmen with bar stock aluminum and a naval brass 1pc spindle. It features the classy 1912 Perfect check mechanism alongside a vintage, pre 1920s, narrow spool design. A deep anodized gunmetal finish accompanies a gorgeous red agate line guard. The fly reel comes with a soft leather and sheepskin lined pouch. This reel is Perfect for trout in its chalk stream homewaters, storied western tailwaters, cascading spring creeks or wherever trout lie. The Hardy 1912 Perfect Fly Reel retrieve is non-reversible. It comes in either left or right hand wind.
