No blister pack. This is the Zap product if you want to penetrate deeply. Perfect for a drop at the base of spun deer hair bodies. Push the Applicator tip into the partly trimmed hair, give it only a single drop, and et it dry. Then trim the deer hair. Careful _ only a drop will do ya.
