While its performance fit can be used for layering it fits true to size; a size up is advised if insulating layers will be regularly worn underneath. The jacket is lightweight and extremely packable. A size large weighs less than a pound. The lightweight features do not sacrifice durability nor waterproofing. It features two zippered hip pockets, one diagonally zippered chest pocket and one zippered internal pocket. A handy forcep clip is mounted to the side of the chest pocket. The articulated sleeves and stretch shell allow excellent mobility and adjustable velcro cuffs alongside a storm hood provide additional rain/splash protection. The jacket is made from a three later Tory Entrant laminate, nylon Primeflex, and nylon circular knit backer.
