PolarFlash creates fantastic wings, bellies, tails, and bodies on fresh and saltwater flies for all predatory species.

This new for 2014 PolarFlash material has a mix of micro fibers, blended with Mirage Opal fibers to make dancing shimmering appearance practically irresistible when you assemble your favorite patterns with this stuff.

New Colors added April 2019

This is a supported material blend which means it is firmer than pure unsupported material like Flashabou.

Best uses: we tend to prefer this shiny simmery material for bellies and lateral lines of baitfish if the back of the fly will be a dark color.

All white flies can benefit from this new PolarFlash throughout the fly.

Tails, wings, and bodies can be created with the stuff too.
