The Patagonia Travel Rod Roll is super light and easily holds four 4 piece rods in secure Black Hole upcycled material.
One size: (30.5" x 19.5") will fit four rods and up to 27" rod sections. Black Hole material side panels keep elements out and add extra security to rods while rod roll is rolled up. Internal daisy chains help secure rods, external compression straps can be used to set up a rod station when not traveling.
We had the opportunity to use the rod roll in Colombia and the Seychelles prior to release. The weight of the Black Hole rod roll is significantly lighter than other rod cases on the market. Rods were fully protected and secure even when being toss into boats, stacked on top of or being stored in overhead lockers. While the Travel Rod Roll has elastic webbing daisy chain internally for 4 rods I actually put another two rods inside the roll and the side material and roll feature kept them very safe.
