The Hardy 150 Anniversary Lightweight Reel is a commemorative edition of the Lightweight Series produced in the 1970s.

The full range is being reissued with a nickel silver double screw line guide, raised spindle casing, and a collectable leather reel bag. The line guard is marked with an engraved commemorative dating of 1872-2022 and will only be sold through December 2022.

This classic Hardy reel has a full cage design so thinner lines don't get pinched between frame and spool. St Aiden and St. Andrew models will make sweet trout spey models. The sound of the Hardy Lightweight is simply something else.
